1. About PromptCraft Store & Scope of Service

Independent Digital Creator • Solo Engineering Studio

PromptCraft Store is an independent digital marketplace and creative development studio founded and operated directly by a solo software designer and engineer. We engineer production-ready HTML5, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and PHP website templates accompanied by specialized AI prompt engineering manuals, as well as hands-on deployment and bespoke full-stack customization services.

By purchasing, downloading, or commissioning work through this website, you ("Customer", "Buyer", or "Licensee") agree to be bound by the licensing terms, payment conditions, and policies set forth below.

2. License Tiers & Permitted Usage Rights

Starter Pack (₱499) Standard License

Single End-Product Commercial License

Grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the template source code and AI prompts to create one (1) live personal or client website.

Edit, customize, and deploy to 1 live domain.
Modify copy, images, styling, and server logic.
Cannot resell or distribute source code as a template.

DFY Setup & Turnkey (₱1,499 - ₱2,999) Service License

Hand-Delivered Client Launch License

Includes all Starter Pack rights, plus personal installation, database setup, branding injection, and domain configuration directly handled by our studio.

Direct deployment onto your cPanel/Netlify/Vercel host.
Color scheme, logo, and copy customized for you.
Includes post-delivery technical walkthrough.

👑 Exclusive 1-of-1 Buyout (₱6,999) Permanent Catalog Retirement

Exclusive Commercial Asset Acquisition

When you acquire an Exclusive 1-of-1 Buyout, PromptCraft Store contractually guarantees to immediately and permanently retire the template from our public storefront. The template receives a locked 🔒 1-of-1 SOLD OUT badge, ensuring your website remains uniquely yours and cannot be purchased by any competitor or other client ever again.

Full IP Exclusivity Exclusive commercial rights transferred to the buyer.

Free Brand Personalization Our studio replaces all colors, typography, logos, and business copy.

Enterprise Hardening Form sanitization, spam trap protection, and SSL/HTTPS enforcement.

3. Payment Methods & Order Verification

Direct GCash & Maya QR settlement

As a homegrown Philippine-based independent creator studio, orders are settled conveniently through verified local electronic wallets including GCash and Maya.

Instant Digital Downloads: Upon inputting your valid transaction reference number into our 1-Page Quick Checkout, our backend validates your session and immediately triggers your automated ZIP package download without page redirects.
Assisted Setup & Exclusive Buyouts: The transaction is queued instantly in our studio order dispatch system, and our developer initiates direct communication via your provided email or phone within 4 to 24 hours.
Payment Legitimacy: Submitting false, fraudulent, or duplicated reference numbers constitutes a breach of this agreement and results in immediate revocation of your software license and ban from future store services.

4. Digital Goods Refund & Cancellation Policy

Intangible software and custom service terms

Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of digital software source code, downloadable files, and AI prompt engineering blueprints, all sales of digital download packs (Starter Pack) are final and non-refundable once the download link or file has been accessed or delivered.

Exceptions & Service Assurances:

If a purchased ZIP archive is corrupted or inaccessible, our studio guarantees an immediate replacement archive or direct Google Drive mirror within 12 hours of notification.
For Done-For-You Assisted Setup and Exclusive Buyouts, we provide collaborative revision cycles until your live website matches the agreed-upon design standards.

5. Intellectual Property & Open Source Attribution

Third-party libraries, fonts, and imagery

Our templates are engineered with modern, transparent web technologies. Original layout designs, custom CSS components, bespoke JavaScript logic, and proprietary AI prompt workflows are copyrighted by PromptCraft Store.

Open Source Libraries: Tailwind CSS, FontAwesome icons, and Google Fonts are used under their respective open-source permissive licenses (MIT / SIL Open Font License).
Stock Photography: High-resolution placeholder images embedded in preview demos are sourced from Unsplash and Pexels under free commercial editorial licenses. We recommend substituting placeholders with your actual brand assets upon launch.
Mock / Fictional Brands: Brand names, sample logos, and fictitious company references (e.g., Klasiko Cafe, Glow Salon) are illustrative concepts and carry no affiliation with existing registered trademarks.

6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Fair usage and developer liability limits

All templates are tested thoroughly and provided "as-is" with clean, standards-compliant, responsive markup. However, PromptCraft Store does not warrant that third-party hosting environments, external APIs, or future browser updates beyond our control will operate without incompatibility. In no event shall PromptCraft Store or its solo developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the digital materials.
